Collation

We have the on-site facilities and the experienced staff to help with all your collation and product handling requirements, whether you need 10,000 collated conference packs or high quality presentation gift-wrapping.

The work is handled here at Bilko’s London studio so close supervision and super fast turnarounds are guaranteed.

Packaging

Effective packaging for merchandise can make a huge difference to its impact and perceived value.
We bring years of creative experience to this important area and are happy to help source and collate all your packaging requirements. We can brand presentation boxes, wrapping materials and tissue.

Storage

We offer a stock storage facility here at Bilko’s London warehouse. Stock can be called off as required and the dispatch handled by Bilko. Prices start from as little as £35.00 per month for a 1.3m sq pallet.

Distribution

  1. We can help with all your distribution requirements.
  2. We use our own electric van for deliveries into central London.
  3. For national deliveries we have a direct same day service where necessary or use TNT for overnight services.
  4. Consignments can easily be tracked on-line.
  5. For international deliveries we can handle all the paperwork required by Customs and use either UPS or TNT. Again, easy on line tracking is available.
  6. We can also arrange for consignments to be driven direct to a European address with our own drivers.

Sampling and Proofs

We offer a comprehensive sampling service. Samples of most items are available from stock and we are happy to courier these to clients by arrangement.

Similarly we offer visuals of products showing the proposed branding and on many items can offer a wet proof (that is the product actually branded as per the main order). Please contact us for further details.

Stock control

We can assist with the implementation of an intranet stock control system. A user friendly interface allows for hassle free stock control and automatic re-ordering. This can be an invaluable tool in cost effective and reliable stock management.
